If you would like to pay for your tour in advance using direct credit, we are pleased to make you a special ‘site only’ offer on any of our Day Tours, please note this offer does not apply to Half Day Tours, bookings for one person.

Please use the regular pay-on-the-day Booking Form if you are a single traveller, or want a Half Day Tour.

Payment is not made automatically as we might not be able to run the tour that you want on the day you want. We first check availability then make the payment if everything is OK. If we can’t run the tour you want, we will get in touch with you via email to discuss the options. Payment is not processed until the booking is confirmed.

Because of this potential delay, we advise you not to use this form if you want a tour in the next two days…

For small groups of 2, 3, 4 & 5 people, we are offering 5% off our normal prices. For slightly larger groups of 6, 7, 8 & 9 people we extend the offer to 10% off our normal prices. This ‘site only’ offer is available only to people who book and pay for their Day Tours in advance using direct credit and agree to the conditions below.

Site Only Special Offer Cancellation Policy.

• Cancellations received up to 7 days before departure time, are refunded less NZ $20 per person administration fee.
• Cancellations received within 7 days of departure time, and ‘no-shows’ on the day have no refund.

Please remember to instruct your bank to accept card payments from New Zealand or your payment may be declined.

Even though the legal drinking age here in NZ is 18, the law says that if someone “looks 25 or under”, they can be asked for ID. All passports and NZ driving licence are accepted but not foreign driving licences.

We strongly recommend you have your passport with you if you look 25 or under… and even if you’re a young looking 30 y/o…!
