We do not take payment now, you pay-on-the-day during your tour. Our cancellation policy is…

• Cancellations received up to 3 days before departure time, no charge.
• Cancellations received between 3 days and 24 hours before departure time incur 50% fee.
• Cancellations received within 24 hours of departure time, and no shows on the day, incur 100% fee.
• Full payment is required once the tour has started.

The person making this booking request is responsible for any cancellation charges, if they become necessary as described here and for informing any other people included in the booking of these potential cancellation charges.

You pay on the tour with New Zealand cash, whatever is more convenient for you on the day.
We do not take payment now.

Even though the legal drinking age here in NZ is 18, the law says that if someone “looks 25 or under”, they can be asked for ID. All passports and NZ driving licence are accepted but not foreign driving licences.

We strongly recommend you have your passport with you if you look 25 or under… and even if you’re a young looking 30 y/o…!
